"I have been with them since 2020. They go out of the way to answer any question I have an always so willing to help. I absolutely love the service they give people have tried to talk me into switching but to me it’s not always about cheaper it’s about the reliability and relationship you build with the customer and I just want them to know I’m thankful for them and the willingness they have."

"This past Saturday I was pulling out of my driveway and heard a pop! My tire pressure immediately went down. I had ran over a screw. I got on my State Farm mobile app and dispatched a tire repair within less than a minute. I was immediately routed to a local repair that arrived at my door in less than 20 minutes and was able to plug my tire. It was an impressive experience with no inconvenience on my part. Way to go State Farm!"

"I was idling in standing traffic on Halloween eve when I got hit from behind. Minutes later my smartphone rang and a pleasant female (not a callbot) asked if I was okay or needed help. At first I was baffled how State Farm knew I was in an accident. But then I remembered the in-car bluetooth monitor I have as part of the Drive Safe & Save program through Randall Chewning State Farm. I chose the optional free monitor because it recognizes my driving habits as a (mostly) safe driver and saves me a few bucks on my premium. Turns out the monitor is a pretty good accident safety device as well."
